Gary’s weight has fluctuated all his life, only sports and an active job kept him in condition. He was a huge consumer of carbs and sugar, never realising the damage this type of food was doing to his health. Upon reaching his 40’s an active lifestyle no longer kept weight gain in check.

KETO CHEF
Danny has over 40 years of experience in being a chef. Danny has owned restaurants and written various books on his passion for cooking.
Two years ago Danny took the decision to remove all sugar from his diet. This led him to live the Healthy Keto Lifestyle.
Danny will perform live Keto cooking demonstrations showing you how easy it is to cook and live a Healthy Keto Lifestyle for you and your family.
He will also assist you and be on hand to ensure your weekly shopping list is ‘Keto friendly’ as well as supplying you with Healthy Keto Lifestyle meal plans.

The Healthy Keto Lifestyle team, with your commitment, will fully support you each and every step of the way, so you achieve life-changing results during the 8-week programme through their personal coaching.
Within a supportive group environment, you will meet once a week for two hours. During these meetings, you will receive an informative presentation about the Healthy Keto Lifestyle, accompanied by a live cooking demonstration and Mindset coaching. All three of these elements are vital to ensure that you have the knowledge, understanding and mindset to succeed. If you are unable to attend a meeting you will still receive the notes on that week’s Healthy Keto Lifestyle topic and the recipes (if applicable).
